DIY Macro Studio
For my first assignment (Contrast) I need to take some macro photo.
I find a very useful description here How To: DIY $10 Macro Photo Studio
I made it. It was about 10 minutes.

Half Moon
Today is hot again.
Few weeks ago I bought a Pentax K-x. It's smaller but more sensitive that Canon 20D. I shot some pictures about the half Moon with my new camera.
If you opened this picture in a new window (and enlarge it) can you see the chromatic aberration on the right side of the Moon. I can't reduce it, because the refractor doesn't have aperture control.

You can see the hot waves dance in this short video (of course it's made with K-x too):

Time lapse video
One of my customer needs a short film about Kispest (19th district of Budapest). He'd like to use this video in his presentations.
I think: usualy nobody likes the first pages of a presentation, I must create spectacular video, without any narration. I give them just an impression.

My first astrophoto
I have a 900mm refractor - it's a simple telescope with two lenses. I bought a T2/EOS adapter on the eBay , and I installed it to the refractor.
Few days ago I couldn't sleep. The Moon was very bright. I went to the garden and shoot some pictures about the Moon. The full Moon doesn't have much shadows - and we can see the craters, mountains only on the darker side.
The simple lens has a little chromatic abberration - blue border on the right side.
I convert the image in BW - it's highlights of the Moon shapes.
