OCA - TAoP - Assignment 2.

SINGLE POINT DOMINATING THE COMPOSITION
On the right side a woman is going up the stairs. The black dress is contrary to a white backround. The image is static, only the dominant point is in moving.

TWO POINTS
The bird and the buoy are on the opposite side of the picture. The two dominant points are located along the diagonal. The swirling water broke the static background.

SEVERAL POINTS IN A DELIBERATE SHAPE
I find this simple rectangle on a jungle gym. I was looking for a long time for a clean shape. But all shapes were complicated or backgrounds were confusing. This theme is simple - and I like clear pictures.

VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL LINES

This picture is symmetric - might not be correct. But the tube and the shadow shifts the center of the picture. The horizontal elements are changing the shadow of the pipe.

DIAGONALS
The lamp is hanging in the middle of the intersection. The picture contains the corners of houses, but it's clear what we see.

CURVES
The curved rails form a nice contrast to the snow.

DISTINCT SHAPES
The triangle of the road sign, the shadow, the barrier and the background rectangles are composing an interesting picture.

IMPLIED TRIANGLES
I love the shadows and the backlights - highlight and definite outline of the theme. The waiting man, the walking girl, the shadows of the pylons and the buildings draws many triangles.

RYTHM
The sunshine is reflected from the opposite windows. It's give nice bright patches to the rhytm elements.

PATTERN
The old gate bolts to form a pattern. The surface of the material is worn but consistent. The keyhole add a playful element for the monotone pattern.
